About the Journal

The Journal of Health Care (ISSN 2359-4330) is a publication of the Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul (USCS). Health care is understood as actions that may involve the promotion, prevention, treatment and / or rehabilitation of health-disease conditions, both individually and collectively. The mission of RAS is to disseminate scientific knowledge in the field of health, having as its scope a vision in the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary approach, allowing the existence of several theoretical and methodological perspectives, with the principle of health care, as well as health education. The journal underwent a reformulation, ceasing to be called Revista Brasileira de Ciências da Saúde.
