Resumo

Os Ambientes de Vida Assistida são concebidos para proverem suporte as pessoas em suas rotinas diárias, por meio do uso de tecnologias da informação e comunicação, o que possibilita que qualquer dispositivo pessoal de saúde esteja conectado à Internet. A disponibilidade de informações clínicas auxilia no tratamento e na medicação dos pacientes. Este trabalho tem por objetivo descrever um sistema distribuído, baseado nos conceitos Web das Coisas, Smart Gateways e Nuvem, para conceber Ambientes de Vida Assistida. A solução proposta possibilita serviços de assistência médica e de monitoramento remoto de dispositivos para que profissionais especializados acompanhem os pacientes diariamente por meio da Internet. Tais informações auxiliarão os médicos na tomada de decisão e, consequentemente, a um diagnóstico mais preciso. Para garantir a proteção destes dados sensíveis, a solução provê ainda a gestão de identidades de usuários utilizando o framework OpendId Connect. Como prova de conceito, um protótipo foi desenvolvido e avaliado considerando um estudo de caso. Os resultados obtidos comprovam a viabilidade e aplicabilidade da solução.
